About the Team
We are planning to invest in our P&P(HR) Accelerator Team–a project-based team focused on delivering solutions and insights to business leaders that will help innovate, drive functional performance, accelerate decision making, and increase the speed of execution. We’re looking for individuals that are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, project environment that have a bias for action. This individual needs to be collaborative, able to move with speed, and balance both strategic thinking and execution (we don’t create value with ideas we can’t deliver). The Accelerator Team, AT for short, is a new team and operating model for Workday People & Purpose–we operate globally and without a functional alignment, but as with anything new we’ll be tweaking our approach to ensure we’re making the biggest impact we can for Workday. In partnership with other People & Purpose functions, we will work on global, cross-functional projects that are central to P&P’s strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for people who want to make a big impact and work on cool projects.About the Role
We will operate as a team, in a collaborative manner with each other and with key stakeholders at Workday.
Our success will not be determined by how well we think we did, but by the impact we make and how key stakeholders view us.
We will instill discipline to projects we undertake in terms of resources allocated, timelines, project management, working with constituents, and consulting methodology.
Lead, support, or advise on strategy, problem solving, and execution of solutions that are core to P&P’s priority focus areas.
Project selection will vary based on the needs of the business, but they will be P&P (HR) focused and ideally less than six to nine months in duration.
About You
We’re looking for individuals who have the following business qualifications:
A passion for helping other succeed
The ability to think systematically about strategic project impacts and employee experience
Proven success in collaborating cross-functionally and managing relationships in fast-paced environments
It’s critical that you have the following qualifications:
Must have 4-7 years prior experience in Human Capital Management consulting
Excellent verbal / written communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities
Knowledge of HR, preferably in a Strategic or Project based role
An ability to handle adversity and navigate ambiguous environments
A desire to learn, grow, and operate as a generalist–we’re not looking to replace the World-class talent in our P&P Centers of Excellence (E.g. Compensation, Talent Experience, Talent Acquisition, etc.)

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
