GTM team cultivates relationships with built on collaboration and trust to support a rapidly growing business. We strive to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness through technology, innovation and inspiration for our Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Support & Legal business functions with Salesforce being the primary platform alongside other platforms like SnapLogic for Integrations, Conga/Apttus for CPQ, CLM, AWS as PaaS, Coveo Search Platform, OKTA for SSO and others.
About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions tailored to Quote to Order business flow , ensuring data consistency and business process alignment.
- Customization & Configuration: Customize Salesforce functionality, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and process automation (Flows, Process Builder) to meet business needs.
- Data Migration & Integration: Lead efforts in data mapping, data migration, and integration between other GTM systems and Salesforce, ensuring seamless transition and data integrity.
- Collaboration: Engage with with our internal customers & partners to understand business needs, translating them into technical solutions and ensuring the alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business goals.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior developers and team members
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet functional and technical requirements
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations to ensure maintainability
- Performance Optimization: Identify areas of improvement in Salesforce solutions and optimize code and processes for better system performance.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure Salesforce integrations align with data privacy regulations and corporate security policies
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years in Enterprise Software Application Development
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Other Qualifications:
- Deep technical knowledge of enterprise software application development and enterprise application integrations (Salesforce, Apttus, MuleSoft/SnapLogic)
- Hands on experience solve technical issues on Salesforce platform end-to-end (Application, Database, Network & Integration layers)
- Knowledge of IT service management tools and best practices(preferred)
- Self-motivated, flexible, teammate with validated multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to handle multiple and often changing priorities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and handle technical problems as well as provide documentation, mentorship and instruction to users. Proven ability to learn and adopt new technologies, applications, and solutions.
Professional Certifications :
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 & 2 (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified App Builder / Salesforce Certified Administrator (Preferred)
