About the Team
Global Services Programs and Resource Management team needs a (Admin) Mgr: Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. This role has project management responsibility and no direct reports. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. Requires people and resource management through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete the project.About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, energetic Sr. Program Manager to join the Workday Global Services Program and Resource Management team. The ideal candidate will have a Workday project management background with exposure to Resource Management specific challenges and opportunities at Workday, a passion for quality and customer service, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. He/she will be detail oriented, self-motivated, results oriented, and a great communicator. As a member of the GS Programs and Resource Management team, he/she will interact with various cross functional teams in support of Workday Resource Management and Professional Services enablement and programs that support our resource management function including staffing tool programs. This role will lead projects to improve the resource management function as outlined in the Global Resource Management roadmap and transformation. This role will work closely with the Resource Management, Delivery Services Systems, GS Operations, GS Programs and Delivery Enablement teams.

• Support the planning and execution of essential program management activities including communication and change management. This includes development and distribution of communication materials and managing the logistics and facilitation of key meetings and stakeholder forums.
• Collaborate on the establishment of relevant program measurements and reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization based on metric analysis and contribute to the implementation of improvements.
Strategy & Process
• Lead programs to implement RM Enablement Roadmap and Strategy, which includes driving to global standards
• Understand local market needs
• Identify potential issues and move to resolution
Operations
• Serve as RM point of contact for business partners i.e. Delivery, Accounting, Legal, Education, GS Portfolio teams
• Coordinate across market segments and geographies
• Project Manage RM Initiatives
Systems & Analytics
• Serve RM point of contact for Delivery Services Systems team
• Assess and provide Resource management input on proposed changes
• Report updates and creation of new reports and dashboards
New Feature Rollout
• Participate in Workday feature release assessment
• Engage with RM team for requirements and testing
• Inform and train RM team
New Offerings
• Serve as point of contact for global programs
• Understand details of the offering and impact to RM team
• Educate business and provide input on RM needs
• Inform and train RM team, as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
• Pipeline Management – including the management and facilitation of weekly / biweekly Pipeline calls. Note: We will start US-nationally, then determine if there’s any opportunity to expand within the BP model.
• Stakeholder Management – includes the creation of communication materials for stakeholder consumption.
• Program Performance Measurement – includes the ongoing review and upkeep of program metrics to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and the generation of meaningful insights.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Google Suite
• Must work well within and across teams
• Global experience is a plus.
• Preferred: Experience in Resource Management
